Does my truck need this inspection? ↓
If your commercial truck, bus, RV, or any diesel/alternative fuel heavy-duty vehicle is model year 2013 or newer and operates in California, yes — it's required by CARB. Skipping it can result in fines up to $1,000/day per vehicle and registration holds at the DMV.
How long does it take and do you come to me? ↓
Yes — 100% mobile, we come to your location. Most inspections are done in under 30 minutes. Just tell us where your truck is and we'll be there.
What happens if my truck fails? ↓
We'll tell you exactly what fault codes caused the failure so you can get them fixed. Once repaired, book a reinspection with us at a discounted rate of $65.
How often does my truck need to be inspected? ↓
Twice a year (semi-annually) for most trucks in 2025 and 2026. Starting 2027, CARB will require four times per year for OBD-equipped vehicles. We'll remind you when you're due.
What do I need to have ready? ↓
Just have your truck accessible, running, and warmed up at the agreed location. We bring all the equipment — you don't need to do anything else.
